Lauren started her career at a medium-sized firm in Maidenhead and joined Rowberrys in 2017, becoming Stirling Halliday’s Paralegal in September of that year.
Over the last 10 years, whilst working in Property (Residential and Commercial) Lauren has completed a Business Administration Apprenticeship, Level 3 CILEX and Level 6 CILEX, and is currently practicing as an Advanced Paralegal.
Lauren is building her Conveyancing caseload, and can assist on sales and purchases of residential property, advising on property transactions which include the grant of leases, sales, lease extension, second mortgages and dealing with discharging Help to Buy Equity Loans.
It is extremely important to Lauren to build a relationship with her clients to ensure transactions move forward in the most straightforward way.
Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys going on long walks and reading a good book.
