Shajeela is a solicitor specialising in all aspects of residential conveyancing. She qualified in 2005 after training with a high street practice. She relocated and continued her work at several renowned firms within the Oxfordshire area.
Shajeela has extensive experience of acting on the sale and purchase of residential property for high net worth individuals; advising on property transactions, including the grant of leases and sale, lease extensions , shared ownerships and new build plot purchases. She advises sellers, purchasers, lenders, developers, landlords and tenants.
She looks to understand and deliver on objectives that are important for her clients.
